2 Rooms in 3 Bedroom Apartment for Rent in Greenfield, WI

My roommate and I are looking for two sublets to rent our apartment from April 1st - August 31st and can renew the lease if they wish to after that. We are moving because we attend the Art Institute of Wisconsin for college and we found a duplex right down the street from there. The Park apartment complex has underground parking, a game room, study lounges, and apartments with an attached, gated porch. Our lease agreement ends on August 31st, so we need someone to fill our place from April 1st - August 31st. We live in a three-bedroom apartment. Our other roommate is very quiet and hardly ever here. He lives in the biggest bedroom with an attached bath. He's really funny and an easy-going person to live with. Our apartment is on the first floor and has the attached outside, private porch that wraps around the front of the building. It's really nice to grill on in the summer. Pets are welcome! We've had a dog and a cat here. There will be no pets when we move out as we are taking our dog with them and gave the cat to a new home. This apartment includes Internet, cable, fully furnished with modern furniture, and a gym! It's a very nice place to live and we are sad to go. It's really quiet, close to UW-Milwaukee campus and in a safe neighborhood. The staff members that work here are very friendly and helpful too. Must be males!
